With the mid-term elections approaching in the U.S., Rev. Franklin Graham asked: “Do you know who to vote for in the midterms?”

Then, he responded, “Let me give you some help, but you decide.”

• The Democratic Party wants open borders, while the Republican Party wants secure borders.
• The Democratic Party wants noncitizens to be able to vote; the Republican Party supports requiring voter ID.
• The Democratic Party wants to give taxpayer-funded benefits like healthcare to noncitizens; the Republican Party says no to that.
• And there are a hundred more issues.
• The choice is yours—but look prayerfully at what both parties stand for.

(My opinion: Perhaps there are a hundred issues, but there is one issue that I believe must be considered: God promised to bless those that bless Israel and to curse those that curse Israel. There are people in both parties that support Israel and people in both parties that oppose Israel. Based on God’s promise, it seems to me that a candidate’s stand on Israel should receive overwhelming consideration. Some Israelis are already urging their government to prepare for the day when they can no longer receive help from the U.S. It will be a sad and dangerous day for America if the U.S. ever turns its back on Israel.)

Two, on Oct. 23, 2026, Lynn Soto (http://www.bobgass.com) sent the following to me:

• When you find yourself in a crisis, you have to choose: faith or fear?
• God’s purpose or random history?
• A God who knows and cares or a God who isn’t there?
• If you’re wise, you’ll choose to trust God’s promises.
• You’ll believe that God is up to something good, even though all you see looks bad.
• You’ll sing the hymn with confidence: “His oath, His covenant, His blood, support me in the whelming flood. When all around my soul gives way, He then is all my hope and stay.”
• Nothing deserves your attention more than God’s covenants.
• No words written on paper will ever sustain you like the promises of God.
• To the bereaved: “Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning” (Ps 30:5 NIV).

Three, concerning preparation for shortages: on Oct. 24, 2026, Hal Turner reported that:

• Last week, the British Government began warning its citizens to “prepare” for “Emergencies” by having at least three (3) days’ worth of fresh water, emergency food, “torches” (Flashlights), and cash money.
• On October 13, Germany began telling its citizens to have at least ten days of emergency supplies due to risks including power outages, floods, and sabotage.
• Yesterday, Quebec, Canada began telling its citizens the same thing.

Four, concerning a growing antisemitism in the U.S.: on Oct. 26, 2026, it was reported that regardless of how Israel’s upcoming election turns out, Israel’s U.S. critics on the American left are already laying the groundwork to frame any Israeli government that forms as problematic — even if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is defeated.

Five, concerning the decline of America at the end of the age: on Oct. 266, 2026, RAIR Foundation USA reported that Ilhan Omar has released a video of her walking with her current husband to the sound of a rapper claiming that “we (Muslims) are the ones who rule this land (the U.S.).”

Six, concerning great wickedness, as in the Days of Noah (the violence in France): on Oct. 24, 2026, French Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez announced that more than 1,300 rioters had been arrested as Paris became the epicenter of the unrest and was transformed into an armed fortress. 53 police officers were injured.

• RAIR Foundation USA said France is being taken over physically and violently. Churches are burned and vandalized, riots erupt, and no-go zones expand.
• The process remains visible and, in many places, still violent.

Seven, concerning a declaration of “peace and safety” that begins the sudden destruction of the Tribulation Period: on Oct. 26, 2026, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian met top defense officials from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan to discuss the regional situation amid escalating tensions in the region.

A joint statement issued after their meeting said the “participants agreed to continue the dialogue to strengthen cooperation amongst the four regional countries, including for peace and security (peace and safety) in the region.”

(My comment: Peace and safety in a region is not the same thing as global peace and safety, but it is a major step in that direction. I believe in a process called regionalization, meaning the creation of Ten Regions globally – Ten Toes or Ten Kings. That is where it is headed: a worthless global covenant of peace and safety.)

Eight, concerning the return of Jesus: on Oct. 26, 2026, Harbingers Daily reported that Franklin Graham said:

• Jesus is coming back.
• He is going to come back, and He’s going to establish His throne here.
• And there’s going to be a new Jerusalem, and He’s coming down, and He’s going to reign, and that’s going to take place.
• When that is going to take place, I don’t know, but it’s not going to be that far down the road.

Graham added that:

• Pastors around the world are increasingly preaching about the Second Coming of Christ with a sense of urgency that he hasn’t observed before.
• I believe the time is near, and that’s why we all need to examine our hearts and our own lives and just say, ‘God, are we ready? Is there any sin in my life that I need to confess?’

• With more than 90% of ballots counted, Netanyahu’s right-wing and religious bloc was projected to win 53 seats in the 120-member Knesset, compared with 48 seats for the Zionist opposition led by former military chief Gadi Eisenkot.
• Arab parties made significant gains, securing a projected 19 seats and potentially holding the balance of power.
• The results leave both Netanyahu and Eisenkot short of the 61 seats needed to govern, raising the prospect of prolonged coalition negotiations, an unexpected political alliance, or another election.

• Two Hamas terrorists wounded 5 Israelis (2 critical) in the city of Hebron. Israel sealed off the city, caught them, and killed them.
• Washington notified the Prime Minister of Iraq of “a potential U.S. strike on Iran in the coming days.”
• Last night, the Islamic Republic of Iran warned the United States and Israel that if it is attacked again, it will launch full missile salvos at nine (9) countries in the Persian Gulf. Iran explicitly stated they will fire at US Warships, will kill the crews on those warships, and will fire upon oil and gas infrastructure, Desalination Plants, and Key Corporate Interests. Moreover, the Supreme Leader of Iran has reportedly approved direct missile strikes upon Israel’s Dimona Nuclear Power Center in the Negev Desert if Iran’s nuclear project at Pickaxe Mountain is attacked. They also made clear that regardless of whether just Israel, or just the United States attacks, both Israel and the US will be retaliated against by force.
• Russian diplomats have been instructed to prepare for their immediate departure from Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.

• Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that a potential resumption of war with Israel and the U.S. would not change his country’s positions, after President Trump said Washington “may do another little Epic Fury” — the name used by Washington to describe strikes on Iran when the U.S. and Israel began the war on Feb. 28.

According to the alert, the Middle East remains deeply unpredictable, and the risk of sudden escalation is high.

• The U.S. issued a final warning to Iran. Iran was told it can avoid a strike only by handing its highly enriched uranium over to the U.S., ending all attacks and military operations across the region, and opening the Strait of Hormuz. Iran rejected the proposals, which were delivered by Qatari mediators. The Ultimatum comes as the US and Israel are readying to launch heavy joint combat operations against Iran right after the midterm elections.

Finally, are you Rapture Ready?

If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God, who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and rose from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.
