The children at the Glory Fellowship Orphanage has begun to pick the firstfruits of the upcoming harvest the Lord is giving us with Maria’s Hope Garden

My phone started blowing up in the early hours this morning, not with news of some international disaster or the latest political intrugue, but with the very welcome news of the ‘first fruits’ of an harvest at Maria’s Hope Garden at the Glory Fellowship Orphanage in Kenya. As you can see in the video, the children have already started picking some of the crops and there is much joy because of it.

“And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before the LORD thy God, and worship before the LORD thy God:” Deuteronomy 26:10 (KJB)

There is so much bad news in the world right now, but to be honest, there’s plenty of good news as well. Seeing how God is using all of us at NTEB to completely rebuild the Glory Fellowship Orphanage in Kenya for these 84 orphans is a beautiful and humbling process. We here in America, in spite of soaring prices and a bad economy, are wealthy beyond measure in the eyes of these precious children. The Judgment Seat of Christ will reveal the full extent of the miracle God is working here in Kenya through all of us.

While we wait for the crops to fully come in, we remain committed to supplying many of the daily staples the orphans need for nourishment on a daily basis. We are spending $1,010.00 every 12-15 days for rice, cooking oil, salt and other necessities. We invite you to come alongside us in prayer for this ongoing outreach, and to bless them out of the abundance God has given to all of us. Come help us, we need you!!
