Comparing the safety analysis Pfizer prepared for full FDA approval in April 2021 with Anthony Fauci’s newly released communications now shows senior health officials knew there were significant health risks of the COVID mRNA shot.
In March 2021, The Daily Jot obtained a confidential copy of Pfizer’s report from an anonymous source and held it for about a month while verifying its authenticity before reporting it. By February 2021, Pfizer already had received 42,086 case reports containing 158,893 adverse events involving cardiovascular, neurological and blood conditions, anaphylaxis, pregnancy losses and lack of efficacy. Pfizer nevertheless repeatedly concluded its reviews raised no new safety concerns.
Fauci’s own communications show that he knew significant safety concerns were being discussed and that officials were privately debating the uncertainties. Pfizer’s report already listed myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombosis, and a sweeping range of cardiovascular, neurological, immune, and inflammatory conditions as adverse events of special interest, possible side effects serious enough to warrant further investigation.
FDA acknowledged that more serious adverse reactions requiring longer follow-up might emerge. Pregnancy was one example where there was insufficient data. Fauci acknowledged a theoretical miscarriage association. Yet the Biden Administration, government, Pfizer, and the corporate news media continued the “safe and effective” narrative despite considerable evidence to the contrary.
Thousands died alone in hospitals and nursing homes, while those facilities received substantial reimbursements. Military personnel, health-care workers, government employees, students, and private-sector workers faced losing, and in some cases lost, careers and livelihoods for refusing the shot, and business failures in the wake.
Long-term safety comparisons were weakened after placebo recipients were offered vaccination. Then the bureaucracy took over. FDA at one point proposed a timetable stretching roughly 75 years to release the records. A federal judge rejected that approach and ordered the agency to release 55,000 pages every 30 days.
Government demanded unprecedented public trust and extraordinary compliance while putting bureaucratic roadblocks between Americans and the information they needed to find the truth.
Considering what those in charge knew and when they knew it, a disturbing picture emerges. Fauci, the FDA, Democratic officeholders demanding shutdowns and vaccine compliance, Pfizer, and the news media have retreated behind plausible deniability as consequences emerged. Meanwhile, healthy people I know who took the shot have since suffered strokes, cancer, heart problems, blood clots, and other serious conditions they believe are connected to it. And they got COVID anyway. They are left with questions and little accountability from those who demanded their trust and compliance.
That may be COVID’s harshest lesson: Be very careful whom you trust, especially when questioning authority is discouraged.
