What Is the Difference Between ‘Man’ And ‘Son of Man’ in Num 23:19?

Numbers 23:19 God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind…. Is this merely repetition saying "God ain’t a human being" twice in a row for emphasis, or is there more nuance?
