Police believe the shooting stemmed from a conflict between two small groups who appear to be at odds with each other.

As of July 23, Florida had confirmed non-fatal 11 cases in 8 counties. Florida recorded 33 cases and five deaths in 2025. Vibrio vulnificus occurs naturally in warm coastal and brackish water, where fresh and salt water mix.
Explosive diarrhea parasite cases rise by thousands, now in 45 US states with over 6,700 lab‑confirmed infections since May 1 and a major outbreak linked to Taylor Farms iceberg lettuce from Mexico. More than 11,500 additional probable cases, mainly in Michigan and Ohio, remain unconfirmed by laboratories. There have been 423 hospitalizations and no deaths associated with the outbreak.
Explosive diarrhea infection spreads to UK after leaving thousands sick in America. The UK has seen a rise in cyclospora infections among travelers returning from Mexico. Heat dome heads back West, puts Phoenix, Las Vegas near 120 as 50 record highs loom. The heat dome is shifting toward the Desert Southwest and Four Corners, placing millions in line for some of the season’s most intense heat. Heat alerts remain in effect across the West through Sunday, and smoke from Pacific Northwest wildfires can make outdoor conditions even more hazardous.

US President Trump has threatened more strikes on Iran as the United States, amid attacks on its bases in West Asia/Middle East, presses for the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Hours later on Saturday, Kuwait, which houses US bases, said it responded to a new round of drone attacks from Iran.
