Repeated tropical downpours are expected to bring flash flooding to the Gulf Coast due to Tropical Depression Two. Expect flooding risk and wind gusts up to 60 mph from the western Florida Panhandle into southeastern Texas. The depression could generate 1-3 feet of storm surge from the Big Bend of Florida to far eastern Louisiana.
