Northern Sichuan recorded its most intense rainfall of 2025 on September 5, with 12-hour accumulations exceeding 250 mm (10 inches) in Guangyuan and Nanchong, and a provincial maximum of 255.2 mm (10 inches) in Chaotian District. The rainfall triggered flash flooding, street inundations, and emergency responses across multiple districts in Guangyuan and Nanchong.

Large Italian study finds mRNA injections have significantly increased the number of cancer cases
A large cohort study in Italy found a 36% increased incidence of hospitalisation for all cancers among those who received at least one covid vaccination compared to the unvaccinated. The study found statistically significant increased incidence of hospitalisation for bowel cancer (54% higher), breast cancer (54% higher) and bladder cancer (105% higher) among the vaccinated.

Sadly, they have now been horrible for several months in a row, and many economists are warning that conditions will get even worse during the months ahead. Other than during the early days of the pandemic in 2020, we haven’t seen anything like this since the Great Recession. If you have a job that you value, hold on to it very tightly, and if you are currently looking for work try to find something as soon as you can before competition for jobs becomes even more intense.
