Israel National News reports: “Iran is weighing withdrawing from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), Iran International reported.
The report follows a scathing report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regarding Iran’s refusal to allow IAEA inspectors into sites attacked during the June war between Israel and Iran.
Iran’s Amir Hayat-Moghaddam, a National Security and Foreign Policy Committee member, told the Rokna news agency that withdrawal from the agreement is ‘on the table,’ calling the IAEA resolution ‘anti-Iran.’
At the same time, he stressed that there is not yet a final decision on the matter, though one could be announced as early as Tuesday…”
