PLANO, TEXAS — It is with mixed emotions that we share the home going of Rev. Robert Stroup, a beloved minister, friend, and faithful member of Endtime Ministries’ Board of Directors. Robert Stroup went home to be with the Lord in the early hours of this morning.
For more than five years, Rev. Stroup served on Endtime’s board, offering steady wisdom, spiritual discernment, and heartfelt support for the mission of spreading the Gospel and preparing people for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
“Brother Stroup was more than a board member — he was part of our family,” said Vince Stegall, President & CEO of Endtime Ministries. “He and my grandfather, Irvin Baxter, shared a lifelong friendship rooted in truth and love for the Word of God. After my grandfather’s passing, Pastor Stroup became like a grandfather to me. His counsel was steady, his spirit was kind, and his life was a shining example of faithfulness to the call of God.”
In addition to his service with Endtime, Rev. Stroup’s ministry touched thousands through his decades of leadership as District Superintendent of the Indiana District of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) and as Pastor of Pentecostals of South Lake in Merrillville, Indiana. His influence extended far beyond the pulpit, shaping ministers, strengthening churches, and building the Kingdom of God with integrity and compassion.
