Only 17% Of 25-34-Year-Old Americans Have Attained The 5 Major Milestones Of Adulthood
…According to the Census Bureau, the 5 major milestones of adulthood are living away from your parents, completing your education, getting a job, marrying, and living with a child. Since 1975, the success that our young people have had in attaining these milestones has declined dramatically…

Cash in a Chip Bag: Eric Adams’ Aide Suspended Amid Bizarre Bribery Allegations
In what is possibly the dumbest political graft story of all time, an aide for New York Mayor Eric Adams gifted a reporter with a potato chip bag stuffed with money and then claimed it was all just a “misunderstanding.”…Hilariously, at least one $100 bill and several 20s were slipped inside a red Chinese envelope and hidden in an “opened bag of Herr’s Sour Cream & Onion ripple potato chips,” according to The City. The reporter, Katie Honan, had agreed to meet Greco after spotting her twice at a campaign event in Harlem. The communist Chinese-tied staffer handed her the so-called bag of chips when they met at Whole Foods, which she refused, “thinking it was an offer of a light snack.” The aide persisted and eventually, Honan took them after she “told Greco more than once she could not accept the chips … Greco insisted that she keep them.” Doesn’t sound like much of a mistake, does it?”

Vienna Regional Court just upheld a contract based on Islamic sharia law, a decision which has sparked uproar across Austria, Europe, and the West. At face value a one-off exception, the precedent set by the ruling raises concerns that parallel legal systems are beginning to creep into the heart of Western democracies. The case centred around the enforcement of a €320,000 financial ruling under sharia contractual terms, and has been described as “deeply concerning” by politicians stating that it risks undermining the primacy of national law.

UK Online Safety Act is about global censorship – and American lawmakers are noticing
The UK’s Online Safety Act is about censorship rather than safety. It requires age checks and algorithm changes that are leading to over-censorship of content. The law’s scope of “harmful content” is subjective and can result in the blocking of legal content, with reports of censorship already emerging in the UK, including the blocking of footage and subreddits. Censorship being imposed by the Act has caught the attention of US lawmakers, both Democrats and Republicans. Democrat Senator Ron Wyden and Republican House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan have both expressed concerns about the impact the Act has on free expression and First Amendment rights in the US.
