It’s the Shariah, Stupid
The world is locked in a civilizational battle with Islam. Not “radical Islam,” but Islam. The religion itself is built on violence and total intolerance.
One can almost understand why Israel and the West somewhat slow-walked really taking on the terrorists over the years. No big attack on Iran, no effort to dislodge Hezbollah or Hamas. We know why, we see it every day; it is proving to be a multi-year operation.
Now, when Israel is finished, they will have largely remade the Middle East. But at a price.
Israel is finally taking the fight to the enemy, and make no mistake, the enemy is demonic. Even the Houthis, a relative newcomer to the terror platform, is in the crosshairs. After disrupting shipping in the Red Sea, and firing missiles at Israel itself, the IDF is now confronting the Muslim terror group robustly, as Defense Minister Israel Katz said this week:
“The port of Hodeidah is paralyzed and the port of Ras Issa is burning – there will be no immunity for anyone, we will also hunt down the leaders of the Houthi terrorist organization. Israel’s long hand reaches and will reach anywhere that harms us – including Yemen.”
The IDF’s X account noted this about operations in Lebanon:
“IDF: Earlier today (Friday), several terrorists were identified loading a truck with weapons used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization in southern Lebanon. An IAF aircraft struck the weapon on the vehicle in order to eliminate the threat. The IDF continues to operate in accordance with the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon. The IDF remains deployed in southern Lebanon and will operate against any threat to the State of Israel and its citizens.”
Stark, painful truths are starting to filter down about the hostages. Officially 100 still remain in captivity, but the Israelis believe the number of live hostages is far lower. One gets the feeling all this is wrapping-up in Gaza, but there are still too many unknowns to be dogmatic about how many hostages might be recovered, and what will happen to Gaza administratively. The sheer size of the Gaza Strip, where 1.5 million Palestinians live, make it virtually impossible to recover all hostages. That’s just the truth.
Which is why, to be brutally frank, the Palestinians must feel real pain and lasting pain, for the horrors they have unleashed.
Gad Saad posted a really interesting comment on social media, related to the utter stubbornness of Islam.
“Well if Christians were going around right now quoting passages from the New Testament and committing 46000 plus terror attacks in nearly 70 countries since 9/11 alone, then I would say we need to worry about those texts.”
Again, the message is clear: Islam is a violent, expansionist, demonic sandstorm bent on world domination. It must be defeated completely. Israel is doing its part in their neighborhood.
The IAF attacks on Houthi ports and a power plant in Yemen were devastating. I think Trump will “quietly” coordinate with the Israelis to deal a knock-out blow to the Houthis, because the shipping disruptions are not confined to Israeli ships. American ships have been brazenly attacked, too.
According to the Times of Israel:
“The Israel Defense Forces said over 20 IAF aircraft — including fighter jets, refuelers and spy planes — participated in the Israeli strikes, dropping some 50 munitions on three main targets: the Hodeidah and Ras Isa ports on Yemen’s western coast, and the Hezyaz power plant near the capital Sanaa.
Some of the Israeli jets are operating 1,200 miles from home and so refueling in the air—a critical practice perfected by Israel—is allowing them to extend the long arm of Israeli justice. They are masters of the air in the Middle East.
Islam is the problem. But let’s pray not much longer.
