Right now we have a record 8 jails and prisons who have reached out to us, asking for our help to stock their ministries with King James Bibles, and we are hard at work to make that happen. One of those places, the Jefferson County Jail in Wisconsin, needs help rebuilding their inmate reading library. Today we shipped out 3 large boxes of a wide variety and assortment of titles we stock here at the Bookstore, books that teach and preach Bible doctrine. What a blessing!

As the Bibles Behind Bars program, now in it’s third year, continues to grow and expand, it is also maturing. Where we once only sent out full King James Bibles, we are now also supplying detention centers with New Testaments, scripture portions, books like “What Must I Do To Be Saved?”, and gospel tracts. In addition to helping to rebuild the Jefferson County Jail inmate library, we are also raising support for the Indian River Correctional Institute, Salem Correctional Center & Jail, Garza West Unit, Dominguez State Jail, Farmington Correctional Center, and the Craven County Sheriff Detention Center.
